Single session coaching for overthinkers

What brings people to this session
You've been going around in circles. You've made lists, asked friends and family, done the Googling, but nothing has changed. You're not even sure coaching would help, and you don't want to commit to something that might nt be right for you. I get that. This session is designed for exactly that.
What you'll get
One 90 minute session structured around the following three things:

An understanding of what's really keeping you stuck
We explore your specific decision and start to identify what's getting in your way.

Experience of psychological flexibility in action
You'll get an introduction to Acceptance and Commitment principles and have the chance to experience practising one or two of the psychological flexibility skills most relevant to your situation. You'll leave knowing whether this approach resonates with you.

A practical tool or technique you can use immediately
You'll leave with at least one tool or technique, that you can continue to utilise beyond the session, to help you manage your overthinking tendencies.
What this isn't: A shortcut to making your decision. One session can provide awareness and insight and give you a taste of the work, but it won't build the skills you need to move forward, despite your overthinking being present. Think of it as opening the door, not walking through it.

Book a free 20 minute pre-call, which gives us the opportunity to explore what you would like to discuss during your session, and for us to get to know one another.
If you would like to go ahead, we will arrange a date for your session and you will be provided with a pre-session questionnaire to complete. Its purpose is to gather a shared understanding of your needs, goals and preferences and for me to design a session that is both effective and meaningful for you.
