More thinking isn't what gets you unstuck.
A different relationship with your thinking is.
This is the foundation of everything I do. Rather than trying to silence, or change, your thoughts - which you'll probably know is a spectacular waste of energy - we work on changing how much influence those thoughts have over what you do.

The technical name for this is Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC), which is grounded in decades of psychological research and built around one central idea:
that we can live a meaningful, values-aligned life with uncertainty still present

For overthinkers, this is either a relief or a surprise, or a bit of both.

What sessions are actually like
It's reasonable to wonder what you're actually signing up for, so here's a taster of what you're likely to experience while working with me. Coaching with me is calm, focused, and hopefully a bit of a relief. Here's what people tend to notice:
THE PACE
Unhurried. We're not rushing to a conclusion. Some sessions are reflective and exploratory; others are more practical and skills-focused. It depends what you need at the time.
THE FORMAT
Every session ends with something to take into the week ahead. A question to sit with, a skill to practise, or a small action that moves you in a direction that matters.
THE DYNAMIC
You'll do most of the talking, I'll do most of the listening. I'll share perspective when it's useful. But the thinking is yours. I'll ask different questions than your internal monologue does.
THE SCHEDULING
All sessions are online via Teams. 60 or 90 minutes depending on the programme. We'll find a time and rhythm that works for your schedule, not just my availability.
We're likely to work well together if:
You're an overthinker who wants to spend less time analysing and more time doing what matters.
You value progress over perfection - learning to work with your thoughts, rather than against them.
You want to align your actions with your values, not someone else's definition of success.
You're a good human who cares deeply - about yourself, other people, and making life better (even when it's messy!)
A note on coaching readiness
Everyone is coachable. Not everyone is ready to be coached though. Coaching is most effective when there's a genuine desire for change and a willingness to drive that change, even when it might get a little uncomfortable along the way. If you're not sure whether you're there yet, the single session is a good place to find out. Or you can take the GU6ix Coaching Readiness Assessment - try it out for free via the link below.
